Abstract Expressionist Artists Show In Cary North Carolina

Cary, North Carolina:
The Village Art Circle Gallery in historic downtown Cary, NC, is happy to announce new works by three Abstract Expressionist painters. Susan LaMantia, Jillian Goldberg and Constance Pappalardo will share the featured artist space for the month of October. The opening reception for the show is on Friday September 30, 2016, from 6-9 p.m. The show is titled, "Komorebi," a Japanese word which roughly translated, means "sunlight falling through leaves." The artists have interpreted this word, working separately and independently, each creating four large canvases, 36x36.
The opening is free and open to the public, with refreshments and live music by Charlie Shiel and Lecia Ciccone-Roberts.
The show runs until October 25. Gallery hours are Wednesdays through Saturdays 11-5 or by appointment. Gallery is located at 200 South Academy Street, Cary NC 27511. See more at www.villageartcircle.com or call Jillian at 919-637-1675
